Grout problems?
One of the biggest problems in kitchens and bathrooms is dirty grout. It discolours over time with grease deposits, limescale, chemicals etc. Even the hardness of your water source can affect the appearance of grout. Many people try bleach and a toothbrush etc and this will work to some extent although its very time consuming and results are limited.
Kitchen tiles: These often get dirty behind the hob and behind your sink. This will just be a build up of grease and food deposits, water splashes etc. I would recommend buying a bleach spray - something like this: https://amzn.to/2YhMr4R . With the bleach spray wash down all your tile area and buff with a clean tea towel or kitchen roll. Then spray this grout cleaner https://amzn.to/2KPcU1O on the grout and leave for 15 minutes. Then youll need to wash down with the bleach spray again and dry as earlier. Your grout will now look much whiter and cleaner. For stubborn areas spray with the grout cleaner and leave for a longer period or scrub with a toothbrush/wire wool.
Bathroom Tiles: With bathroom tiles, its often the limescale and build up of shower gels, skin particles etc which discolour the grout. For this I recommend you use this: https://amzn.to/2z0HxPe . This is fantastic for tiles, taps, bathroom suite etc. So firstly wash down your tiles with a normal cleaner such as flash etc, then spray on the scale away. Follow the instructions on the bottle and then wash off with the shower head or a cloth. Then spray on the grout cleaner: https://amzn.to/2KPcU1O . Leave it for 15 minutes and then wash down with your standard cleaner again and dry. For stubborn areas please repeat or scrub with a toothbrush or similar.
All the products listed should be used in a ventilated area and with appropriate gloves on whilst following all the safety instructions. Your tiles will look alot cleaner and you will have it under the cupboard for regular cleaning :-)
